Event photographs

On this website and on the association’s social media channels we publish photographs taken during the public events we organise (festivals, concerts and gatherings at Parco al Poz and across the Tre Ville area). The images document and promote the association’s activities and show general scenes from those events; the legal basis for the processing is the association’s legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR) together with article 97 of Italian Law 633/1941, which permits the publication of images relating to events that took place in public.

We do not knowingly publish images that could harm the dignity of the people portrayed, nor close-ups of identifiable children without their parents’ consent.

If you recognise yourself in a photograph and would like it removed, write to info@prolocopreore.it: we will delete it without undue delay, and you do not need to give a reason.

Browsing data

This website consists solely of static pages and is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). The site does not use cookies, embeds no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party resources. As with any hosting service, GitHub may temporarily record visitors’ IP addresses in its logs for security purposes; for details see the GitHub privacy statement.
